About
Yeonju Lee is a Ph.D. student in Machine Learning at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Yonsei University. She is currently working with Dr. Jing Li.
Her research interest lies at the intersection of machine learning and real-world applications for the public good. She develops machine learning methodologies that address data challenges such as scarcity, heterogeneity, and high dimensionality. Her work has been applied in the healthcare and precision agriculture sectors, where she focuses on problems such as dental image analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
