About
Dongmin Li is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech. Her research develops systematic data-driven methodologies for modeling and decision-making in complex systems such as environmental, manufacturing, and service systems. These methodologies integrate advanced statistical, optimization, and machine learning techniques, and leverage both data and system knowledge to interpret system structure and dynamics, evaluate and predict system status, and make informed decisions such as real-time monitoring and adaptive resource allocation under resource constraints. Her work includes 8 publications (3 published, 3 under review, and 2 to be submitted), recognition as 4 finalists in INFORMS Best Paper and Data Challenge competitions, 1 feature article in Advances in Engineering, and selection as a 2024 IISE Future Faculty Fellow. You can reach her at dli664@gatech.edu.
