Xinchao Liu is a final-year Ph.D. candidate at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. His research focuses on physics-aware AI/ML-enabled scientific computing and decision making in engineering applications, with a particular emphasis on aviation safety, environmental monitoring, and advanced manufacturing. Throughout the PhD journey, he gained industry experience at Walmart Global Tech and IBM T.J. Watson Research Center.
