About

Harry Sharp is an Academic Program Manager in ISyE. He deals with the MS Analytics program primarily but also teaches statistics.

Research

Dr. Sharp's research interests include urban/economic geography, segregation, and deprivation in urban and rural areas.

Teaching

Dr. Sharp has been teaching since 1993 at institutions in South Carolina (University of South Carolina, Midlands Technical College) and Georgia (Emory, Georgia Perimeter College, Georgia State University, Georgia Tech). He has taught classes in multiple disciplines including GIS, spatial statistics, programming in C/C++/FORTRAN/COBOL, introductory statistics, linear regression, engineering economy, and discrete math.
