About

Caroline Layton serves as an Academic Advisor for the Master of Science in Analytics On-Campus Program within the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Caroline is a dedicated higher education professional with experience in academic advising, student success, and graduate student support. She is passionate about helping students navigate complex curriculum requirements while fostering a supportive and inclusive advising environment. Known for her strong communication skills and student-centered approach, Caroline works closely with a diverse student population to support academic progression and success.

Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Caroline served as an Academic Advisor at The University of Tennessee, where she supported undergraduate student success initiatives, recruitment efforts, and advising operations.

Caroline recently completed a two-year term as East Tennessee Representative for the Tennessee Association for Student Success and Retention (TASSR) and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
