Project Description

Frontline MS delivers managed services delivers managed services to over 900 law firms in 56 different countries. We provide tech enabled managed operations and technology management. We expect to double our business over the next 3 years. Currently we do not have a strategic capacity plan that forecasts and optimizes our staffing over the next 3 years. There are 3 major drivers of our staffing needs - quality of service and experience, location of service and cost to serve. We would like to build a model that enables us to update and manage a strategic capacity plan over time.
