Claims Concierge addresses a significant market inefficiency where insurance companies systematically undercompensate drivers for their vehicles by making the claims process deliberately difficult. The company has already helped hundreds of drivers recover over $1 million in additional compensation from insurance companies since launch.
The company's core mission is centered on evening the playing field between consumers and insurance companies through guided claims navigation, strategic pushback assistance, and independent vehicle appraisals for diminished value and total loss claims.

Project Description

Claims Concierge uses an AI-driven workflow engine to manage daily tasks. The process is reliant on the validity of the engine and optimization of the workflow. While the existing workflow engine is providing successful outcomes, there is a lack of quantifiable success metrics for the engine. There is also substantial opportunity to enhance the workflow by optimizing task delegation and prioritization and automating parts of the process.

The company is seeking to partner with a Georgia Tech team to accomplish a workflow optimization project to
-Audit the workflow: Ensure correct workflow task generation and add conditional statements and task prioritization.
-Define success metrics: Create quantifiable success criteria at the phase and task level based on the standard operating procedures and current SLAs.
-Build a performance dashboard: Set up a visual platform that measures, tracks, and reports SLAs and team performance.
-Identify automation areas: Provide priority areas for automation based on bottleneck analysis.
-Propose, Design, and Build AI Agents Solution (Optional): Suggest or prototype AI-driven tools that address the highest-priority problem areas.
