Project Description

ED Admit to Patient in IP Bed process. Improving the time from when a patient is admitted in the ED to the time they are in an inpatient bed. Would like to use the A3 format to support the project to work through the problem. They should have a plan that includes analyzing data for opportunities, conducting process observations, mapping processes, understanding current gaps, and providing a plan for improving this turnaround time.
