The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Tech is proud to announce new leadership for its Advisory Board, along with six distinguished new members joining the board.

Composed of influential executives, industry leaders, and academic representatives, the ISyE Advisory Board plays a vital role in providing strategic guidance, industry perspectives, and philanthropic support to advance the School's initiatives and maintain ISyE's standing as the top-ranked industrial engineering program in the nation.

Brandon Melton (B.S. IE 2004, MBA 2018)

Assistant Vice President of Strategy, Wellstar Health System

Brandon leads strategic initiatives across the health system, applying systems engineering approaches to healthcare operations and strategic growth.

Francisco Uriarte (B.S. IE 1990)

Managing Partner, ESP Advisors 

Francisco offers deep expertise in executive consulting and private capital investment, helping advise organizations on long-term strategy and growth execution.

Yoan Mattos (B.S. IE 2000)

Vice President of Enterprise Applications, Hawks Basketball, Inc.

Yoan brings technology leadership from the sports and entertainment industry, driving enterprise technology and digital transformation for the Atlanta Hawks.

Chris Anderson (B.S. IE 2008, M.S. Analytics 2021)

Data Science Principal, Georgia Power Company

Chris blends industrial engineering methodologies with advanced analytics, applying machine learning and statistical modeling to complex utility and energy infrastructure challenges.

Betsy Higgins (B.S. IE 1991)

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Oglethorpe Power Corporation

Betsy brings extensive leadership in capital allocation, financial strategy, and energy infrastructure management.

Aarav Gupta (B.S. IE Class of 2027)

Student Representative and President, Georgia Tech Chapter of IISE

Serving as the board's student member, Aarav represents the voice of current undergraduates. As president of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) at Georgia Tech, he works closely with student leaders and faculty to strengthen student-alumni connections.

Jeff Anderson, co-founder and chief growth officer at Kaizen Analytix LLC, steps into the role of advisory board chair. With over 25 years of experience leading business development, sales, and analytics strategies across global brands, Anderson brings a passion for data-driven innovation and alumni engagement to board leadership.

Peyton Johnston (B.S. IE 2006) – Advisory Board Vice Chair

Peyton Johnston, chief of staff to the executive vice president at The Home Depot, assumes the role of vice chair. Johnston brings extensive experience in cross-functional strategy, innovation, and operational transformation across top-tier management consulting and retail enterprise environments.
