Unlike traditional disciplines in engineering and the mathematical sciences, the fields address the role of the human decision-maker as key contributor to the inherent complexity of systems and primary benefactor of the analyses.

Yuhao Wang is a Ph.D. student in Operations Research at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He received B.S. in Computational Mathematics from Nanjing University in 2021. His research interests lie in simulation optimization and reinforcement learning.
