Arvind Krishna

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Statistics track of Industrial Engineering at H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at Georgia Tech. My research is on developing statistical methods to address challenges with extracting information from both big data and small data.

I am passionate about teaching, and have completed the 'Tech to Teaching' certification program that trains students for teaching in universities. I taught an introductory course on Probability and Statistics (ISyE 3770) to undergraduates in Summer 2020. I learned that student motivation and engagement are key to their success in a course. As an instructor, I aim to create a learner-centered environment during teaching.
