The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) currently has a lecturer position open. The lecturer will be responsible for teaching and curriculum support in the area of industrial engineering. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Teaching 3.5 sections of ISyE classes in the fall, 3.5 sections in the spring, and two sections in the summer. These include classes at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including ISYE 2027, ISYE 3133, Cornerstone Design, Senior Design, or other applicable courses. Assist with development and management of the school's curriculum.
Requires a Ph.D. in industrial engineering or related field. Must have experience with teaching industrial engineering courses to highly-motivated students. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required. Teaching experience and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment strongly preferred.
