Are you interested in having a team of five to six undergraduate students provide your organization with a variety of innovative and creative solutions to a problem? In Senior Design, ISyE students complete an intensive, semester-long, real-world engineering design project that challenges and enhances the students' problem-solving skills while training participants to exploit all available resourcesonsultants to develop a solution for the project client. Interpretation of specific aspects of the design problem and potential solutions will depend on each team's diverse range of skills, experiences and imagination.
This Spring 2008 team worked with
 Professor Alan Erera to optimize
 truck scheduling for UPS's North
 American Air Freight Network.

Student teams work as unpaid outside consultants satisfying their interest in a real-world design experience. They work on well-defined, specific design activities. Each team picks its project, but senior design faculty reserve the right to veto proposed projects that do not appear to comply with the course objectives.
